Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds: We are pleased to offer a full refund for Johnhenryco.com purchases with a return form filed within 7 days of receipt of the item. All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit. Refunds will be in the full amount of the purchase price excluding the cost of shipping.

Defects & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our jewelry often being one of a kind, we will exchange an item if found defective for a like replacement if possible. Customers must notify us of any defects within 3 days of receipt of the product, for exchange eligibility.

Online Order Cancellation: Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of order placement. To cancel your order please contact us via our website within 48 hours of placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order outside of the 48 hours following order placement, please file a return per our return policy and online return instructions. 

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs are final sale. 

BNPL Returns & Refunds: If you used a BNPL company for payment processing, your returns process will be the same as noted above, however, for refund payment and interest concerns please reference your contract or agreement with the BNPL company.
