Daniel Reeves

Daniel “Sunshine” Reeves is an award-winning contemporary Navajo silversmith known for his intricate, detailed stamp work on traditional and innovative silver pieces.  He was born 1966 in Twin Lakes, New Mexico into a family of silversmiths.  He was taught the craft from his older brothers Gary and David.  His half brothers are Andy and Darrell Cadman.  He received his nickname “Sunshine” when he was young because of his light-colored hair.  In addition to jewelry; Sunshine created a wide variety of silver art objects including boxes, candle holders, bowls and miniature kerosene lanterns.
